Montro ships within Egypt through Bosta, subject to delivery coverage.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days for Cairo and Giza and 2–5 business days for other governorates. Weekends and public holidays may affect these estimates. If a delay occurs, contact us for assistance.

Shipping fees and tracking

Shipping charges and any applicable discounts are shown at checkout in Egyptian pounds (EGP) before you confirm your order. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Delivery details

Please provide an accurate address and reachable Egyptian phone number. If delivery fails, contact us to arrange the next step. Any proposed re-delivery charge will be communicated before re-dispatch. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
